ample service perfect temperature
The room was very clean. breakfast had many options i liked it a lot. pool access was easy and i found the water temperature perfect. I especially liked the ample towel service! the gym had several treadmills and stationary bikes.
the elevators seemed a little slow at peak times.

equipped gym shaded section twenty loungers stationary bikes
The hotel has a fully equipped gym. I counted three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area includes twenty loungers. A shaded section protects from the sun.
The lobby sometimes gets very busy. Finding a quiet spot during peak hours is difficult.

Staff provides prompt service at the front desk. The concierge team assists with local information. Room service delivers orders within thirty minutes, but there are sometimes delays during peak hours.

An Excellent Celebration Destination
really good event responsive team high standards amazing staff
The D&D event was really good in the Grand Ballroom. The banquet staffs were really amazing and helped a lot. The team was really responsive when we needed help. It is obvious Ritz Carlton's service meets high standards!
It seems the Ritz Millenia can be stingy with birthday compliments. I found only little chocolates.

The hotel restaurant, The Colony, has many foods available in their buffet. I appreciate the wide array of food options, including the sweets, ice cream, and chocolates. The team wears friendly smiles and is attentive.

room temperature minibar prices
the bed was comfortable and the room service was prompt .
i encountered issues with the room temperature it fluctuated drastically i also found the minibar prices to be excessively high compared to nearby establishments the limited selection of international channels on the television was also disappointing.

unhelpful personnel ridiculous upsell
The hotel location was good, near to Marina Bay. It was easy enough to access different areas.
This hotel has some major problems, I tell you. The reception personnel had a definite attitude when I got there at 1 PM despite emailing them ahead of time. It then took until almost 4 PM to get the room ready for me and my family. They even tried to upsell me into an upgrade for 5000 USD. I am not joking.

Balanced Experience
friendly staff enjoyable room breakfast spread worn room faulty switches unclean pool
The hotel staff was mostly friendly. I did enjoy the room. Breakfast offerred a super spread.
The room showed signs of wear. The light switches needed several attempts to operate. I found the pool was not very clean.
